Mike Ritter has practiced telecommunications law since 1997 and real estate law since 2004. His professional background includes employment with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and consultant to a major wireless company. In 2006, Mike formed Tower Seekers, a cell tower ministry and consulting firm that has represented hundreds of cell site landlords (mostly churches) in California and Arizona.

During his 25-year legal career, Mike has negotiated hundreds of cell site leases, drafted and administered dozens of estate plans, and counseled many clients on real estate deals. In the past four years, he has also litigated cases involving elder abuse, breach of contract, and cell site lease disputes.
